Hristo Botev National Museum is a state cultural institute of national importance.

It preserves, keeps and exhibits personal belongings, documents, publications, works of Bulgarian fine arts, etc. materials related to the life and work of Hristo Botev, his family and his associates.

The main activity of the museum is to search, study and popularize the movable monuments of culture related to Botev's revolutionary and creative path.

For this purpose, the relevant departments and funds have been created, which store more than 5,000 museum units. The library of the museum has over 1,500 volumes of specialized literature.

Hristo Botev Museum organizes and participates in scientific sessions and conferences of national and regional character.
